Hey babe! I’m Tyronica, but you can call me TyTy. I’m a licensed cosmetologist based in Columbia, SC, here to bless your crown and give you an unforgettable salon experience. Once your appointment is confirmed, the exact salon suite location will be sent.

🕒 Business Hours

Tuesday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Saturday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Sunday & Monday: VIP Appointments Only

VIP Appointments:

• Booked outside normal business hours

• Must be scheduled by texting 803-979-7371

• $30 VIP Fee applies

💳 Deposits

All appointments require a non-refundable and non-transferable deposit.

• Deposit is applied to your final balance

• Canceling, rescheduling outside of policy, or no-showing will result in a lost deposit

• Be confident in your date and time before booking

If you're experiencing flu-like symptoms or feeling unwell, please reschedule.
We keep it clean and safe over here.

📌 Salon Rules

• No extra guests unless discussed in advance

• Book the correct service — no last-minute changes

• Come detangled to your best ability, especially if you're coming from a braid takedown

💸 Payments

Accepted payment methods:

✔️ Invoice (available upon request)

🚫 No ATM runs after service. Please prepare ahead of time.

🔁 Reschedules & Cancellations

• Cancel/reschedule through your confirmation email

• Can’t access it? Text 803-979-7371

• No-call, no-show = no future bookings allowed

⏰ Late Policy

• 10-minute grace period

• 20 minutes late = automatic cancellation and lost deposit

👑 Lace Install Policy

• Only working with HD or transparent lace — no dark lace

• Beauty supply lace must be pre-plucked

• Unsure? Text a photo before booking

Hair Drop-Off:

• Drop off hair 2–3 days before your appointment

• If you’re out of town, shipping is accepted — text for address

​

​

Used lace installs are accepted only if in good condition — send a photo or bring in to confirm.

🎨 Custom Color Policy

• Custom colors start at $30+

• Send inspiration pics to 803-979-7371 for an exact quote

• Hair must be dropped off at least 4 days before the appointment

• Be sure to send your inspo photo so I can match the color accurately

🚫 Refund Policy

All sales are final — I do not offer refunds.
However, I’m always happy to adjust or fix anything to make sure you’re happy with the final result.
